Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zopiva (“Zopiva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit zopiva.com, create an account, place an order, contact support, or otherwise use our services (the “Services”).
Zopiva is an online storefront operated under the name ZOPIVA by an individual sole proprietor. The store sells to customers in the United States. The operator may be located outside the United States. Primary public contact is email—we do not publish a residential country, state, or street address on this page.
1. Who we are
Zopiva is the brand name for an online store operated by ZOPIVA, an individual sole proprietor. We sell to customers in the United States. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@zopiva.com.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control, even if they link to or from Zopiva.
3. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from service providers that help us run the store.
Information you provide may include: • Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number • Shipping and billing address details • Account credentials and profile information • Order notes, support messages, and other content you send us • Payment-related details needed to complete a purchase (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
Information collected automatically may include: • Device and browser information, IP address, general location derived from IP, and approximate time zone • Pages viewed, referring/exit pages, links clicked, and similar usage data • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used for cart, session, preferences, security, and analytics
Information from service providers may include: • Payment status and limited transaction metadata from Stripe • Authentication and account signals from our identity provider • Shipping, tracking, and fulfillment updates from carriers and fulfillment partners • Email delivery events from our email provider
4. How we use information
We use personal information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Services • Process orders, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds • Create and manage customer accounts • Communicate about orders, accounts, security, and service updates • Respond to questions and provide customer support • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and users • Understand how the store is used so we can improve products, content, and checkout • Send marketing messages only where permitted (you can opt out at any time)
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run the store and as described here.
Service providers and processors. We use trusted companies to host infrastructure, authenticate users, process payments, send email, store files, analyze site usage, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders. These providers may process personal information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
Fulfillment and shipping partners. Because Zopiva may fulfill products through suppliers and warehouses (including partners that may be in the United States or other countries), we share the shipping details needed to pack and deliver your order (for example, name, address, phone, and order contents). Carriers receive what they need to deliver and provide tracking.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and related transaction details, not your full card number.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your bag, maintain security, measure performance, and understand storefront usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block certain cookies, parts of the Services (such as cart or checkout) may not work correctly.
7. Your choices
You can: • Update account and address information in your account settings where available • Request support help to correct or delete account data, subject to legal and operational retention needs • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages • Control cookies through your browser • Contact us at hello@zopiva.com for privacy questions or requests
Transactional messages about orders, security, or account changes are not marketing and may still be sent when needed to provide the Services.
8. U.S. state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with consumer privacy laws, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, where those laws apply.
To exercise a privacy right, email hello@zopiva.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows, subject to verification.
We do not knowingly sell personal information. If we use advertising or analytics technologies that are treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law, you can contact us to opt out, and we will honor required opt-out signals where legally mandated.
California residents may also contact us for information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures for business purposes, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact hello@zopiva.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to fulfill orders, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve the Services, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong unique password for your account and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
12. International processing
Zopiva sells to U.S. customers. The store operator and some service providers may be located outside the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home state or country.
13. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information to them.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
15. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@zopiva.com (preferred).
If a regulator or you need a postal contact for a formal legal notice, email us and we will provide an appropriate mailing address for that purpose. We do not publish the operator’s residential address on this website.
